iOS8 allows the installation of widgets in the notification center but if you are an application developer, you should ask yourself begore if Apple will let you post the widget .
Although in the 2014 may sound odd to talk about this upgrade fou us are a novelty and now there are many applications that want to have their own widget.
Some are more necessary than others but there are widgets that have no place in the App Store by the rules set by Apple.
A few weeks ago, apple removed the Launcher application for creatinf shortcuts allow applications and system functions within the notification center.
Now it's the turn PCalc a widget providing access to a calculator with simple operations that we can do quickly and without having to access any application.
Again, Apple imposes its laws and fulfilled all the PCalc although at the time he came to the App Store, the company has seen fit to throw a change in its rules for widgets and now prevents creating calculators. So it communicated to the application developer who is now within two or three weeks to remove the widget application.
Personally I am not fond of this type of widgets for the notification center, space is very limited and we should use it for accessories to show us the information we need in a very fast way.
That does not mean that someone would be very useful solution proposed by PCalc so surely Apple's stance is quite unfortunate and even more when it changed its own rules to create an excuse. The App Store has many good things but also bad things.
So far it seems that the widget PCalc still available so if you're interested, download the application as soon as possible:
