Saurik has released an update for Cydia version 1.1.16 to fix a number of bugs that suffer all who have applied the jailbreak on iPhone or iPad with iOS 8.
This new version of Cydia fixes an importan bug that affects all iDevice that have been restored from a backup on iTunes. so, now you don´t need to reinstall Cydia if you have restored your iPhone or iPad using this method.
Another interesting improvement in this update, it has increased the waiting time required to update the content of Cydia, when it is in the background. By mistake, Saurik made this value set to 15 seconds but now it has been modified and updateds every 15 minutes.
The third news in Cydia 1.1.16 is that it has improved the detection of URL from iTunes, which is necessary when performing the block redirects to the App Store.
Finally, if you have an iPad you can now access your user account without reloading the login screen continuously , making you believe that you had not entered your data correctly.
To install this version you just have to go into Cydia and once there, go to the section Changes and download the update. Remember that iOS 8.1.1 jailbreak closes doors to untethered iOS 8 so if you're thinking to doing it to your device, the best thing is to upgrade to iOS 8.1 as soon as posibble and apply Pangu.
